$4 standard shipping for everyone! Standard shipping times vary, but orders are usually delivered within 5 days of shipment. All packages are shipped via USPS unless otherwise noted.

We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by customer. In the case of returns due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for a return shipping fee ($5).

You will receive an email with your order’s tracking information once shipped. Shipping is provided by USPS, unless otherwise specified.

We have been known to require an adult signature upon delivery, compliant with your state's laws. Any requests to waive the signature requirement will absolve the shipper of delivery liability and missing or stolen shipments that are confirmed as delivered will not be refunded or replaced.

No. We currently only ship domestically within the United States, but give us a Google and you’ll find tons of our great retailers who can ship to you!

If tracking shows your package was delivered to your address but is missing, you must report the lost package to us by replying to your order confirmation email within 1 week of delivery. Once we have received your lost package report, we will launch an inquiry with our carrier to have it recovered. If the carrier declares the package to be a complete loss, we will reship your order to you at no charge.

Once an order has processed, it can’t be cancelled. If you need to change your order to add additional items, please contact us right away and we will try to accommodate you if your order has not been processed yet.

Due to both sanitary and safety reasons, all items are final sale. We strive to exceed your expectations with every product you receive and have a rigorous quality control process in place for all of our items. In the very rare case your product is defective or destroyed upon delivery, we will replace your UNUSED product within 7 days of delivery (we will ask that you provide photos). Replacements are processed only if all papers and packaging are in their original form.
